Rusanivska Gavan: In your element
Why do people choose to live by the water?

Water is the very first condition of life. Our body is 60% water. Living by the water feels close and natural to us: it lets you be in your element and find your own comfort zone.
Rusanivska Gavan is a residential complex on the Dnipro embankment that combines the calm and comfort of a country residence with all the benefits of life in a big city.

The new communication had to show that the Gavan is already home to people, reveal its atmosphere and answer the question “What does it mean to live by the water?”. Looking for the answer, we turned to the residents themselves, and they became the heroes of the new campaign. The new manifesto gathers real stories of Rusanivska Gavan residents whose lives are connected with water one way or another.
Each resident discovered the Gavan in their own way: here they find harmony, recharge for new victories and get free from the city rush.
Watch film“Today hundreds of people already enjoy the benefits of Rusanivska Gavan and life by the water. They are all different, everyone has their own story, and many share hobbies connected with water. Our campaign is a series of documentary films about our residents, their emotions and the atmosphere of the complex.”
Vadym Kolodnitskyi, Head of Real Estate Marketing

The film was shot by our in-house production, Looma Productions, to capture the whole atmosphere of Rusanivska Gavan. The main shoot took place on the Dnipro bank right in front of the complex, letting us literally dive into the element of water.
