House on Vavilovykh
Looma turned the House on Vavilovykh upside down in a launch campaign for Kovalska.

What’s the point?
Choosing a home in Kyiv is always a compromise: a park or a metro nearby, a nice view or infrastructure, and so on.
“What if we gathered all the perks of a modern home in one place?” thought Kovalska, and built the House on Vavilovykh: functional, beautiful housing by the metro for active and ambitious Kyivans. The metro, quick access to the centre, and life in the greenest district of the city with clean air, all at once. Nice, right?

Message
Our task was to launch the House on Vavilovykh and show how much can fit in one place. We had to combine four messages at once: developed infrastructure, the metro nearby, a park next door, and the aesthetics of the building’s architecture.
Solution
At launch, awareness matters most, so we built the idea on the shape of the building itself. At first glance, fitting so much into one house seems impossible, which led us to the principle of impossible figures that combine different dimensions and forms. The silhouette of the House on Vavilovykh became a surreal image that unites all the key advantages of the complex and creates a unique visual style.

Execution
At Looma we love craft, so we paid special attention to details. The key visual and the film were made entirely in CGI by Looma’s in-house production department.
The film is a single CG shot: flying between faces and dimensions, the viewer sees every perk of the complex.

“Already at the design stage we knew how the building should look and what infrastructure it should have. Drawing on our own experience and that of world-renowned architects, we created a stylish project, took every detail into account and fitted it into the existing neighbourhood. The ‘Feel the city’ campaign is exactly about that.”
